Dr. Jill Ahlers grew up in Salina and graduated from Sacred Heart High School. Before graduating from the University Of Louisville School Of Dentistry in 2007, she attended Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. She went on to do a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at UMKC, where she was able to expand her skills. Dr. Ahlers practiced dentistry in Helena, Montana for eight years before returning to Kansas in 2016, where she practiced in Minneapolis. Dr. Ahlers is joined by her husband Justin and their children Lydia and Ford.

Dr. Michel was raised in Salina and graduated from Salina Central High School. After high school, she attended Kansas State University, where she earned a dual degree in Life Science and Gerontology with a minor in Business. After her undergraduate education, she attended the University of Missouri Kansas-City, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Sciences Degree. Ashley will be returning home with her high school sweetheart, James Michel, whom she recently married in September 2023.
